★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a complete rip off. Came in with many huge bags they didn't even count them correctly. Place should be shut down. They will steal your money. He gave me exactly 55. Told him what are the odds they should have been well over 90 and change. I counted and they tried to distract me. Dirty people place is absolute disgusting.
I hope the city takes away their business license they should not be in business. I feel sorry for the people how rely on this as a income and you have these dirty guys stealing from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely steel from customers. I went twice both times questioned how little I got I took 8 full garbage bags and got 23.00 when I said that can't be right was told it was and there was no way to recount.
Now I got to east hills hands down way better staff help you bring bottles in clean got 21.00 for 4 garbage bags. No strung out people and the staff do t look like they are on drugs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bottle depots in the city. I counted my cans out in a bag. I had exactly $40 dollars worth and was given $36.10. what's up with this place? There was no amount of arguing with these people that would fix the mistake.

We NEED TO GO TO FALCONRIDGE/CAstleridge bo/le depot the have an automatic counter uses laser to count and weigh containers count my bottles every time and they have Been EXACTLY ? accurate every time.....super fast and clean!!!!!must see and try and are open late till like 7 or 7:30 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never have I been treated quite as rudely as I was today I arrived at the bottle Depot at 5:55 PM to see the shutters down and one car sitting out front I attempted to open the door which opens fine as a prop the door and went back for my two bags of bottles someone came slam the door shut and locked it. Any position I’ve ever worked in any establishment if the business is open until 6 PM the last customer may come through the door anytime right up until 6 PM you don’t get to lock it before then you don’t get to leave before then you don’t get to do anything before then you are open until six therefore the door remains open until 6 PM and To have it slammed and locked. How rude. But the temperatures is Bridgette as they are in gas prices skyrocketing I really didn’t need to make the drive down for nothing. Slippery roads nice and conditions it’s not like I should’ve after six. taking my business elsewhere and I believe you should do.
