★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the management change we've been there twice. Twice we have been cheated money, as we count our bottles before hand. What should have been around $70 the first time turned into less than $50. The second time we went my dad watched them count and they inputed 5 bottles instead of the 15 they counted. It was all hand counted, no machines. Only thing automated was the ATM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the last +9 years with our business I go to a bottle depo weekly.
Today the gentleman came outside (without being asked) and carried in 2 of 3 bags I had. I'm a big guy and clearly didn't need the help. All's I can say is WOW! Service above and beyond what I've ever experienced at a bottle depo. If I could go higher than a 5 star rating I would!
I'll also add that I find all the staff to be professional, efficient and accurate in their counts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried out their free pick up service. Got lucky, and they had the truck headed in my direction within a couple of hours. In fact, they got here before I read the message! Did take a tiny bit longer than the stated 24 hours to get the e transfer, but it was Sunday! Amounts seemed right, definitely more than I would have got had I gone with one of the services that charge for pickup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great accurate service. We did the home pick option for the 1st time and I roughly counted my cans and bottles before they picked them up. They gave me a pick up time window and were on schedule. I would say their count was bang on because I got back more money than I expected! They give full deposit value unlike other companies when doing home pick ups which is awesome. Why would I go wait at a bottle depot when a service like this is offered. Will definitely reccomend to friends and continue to use this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come here a couple times since the new ownership took over, I like the staff, they are fast, friendly and they use the counting machines so my total always seems right. They just added the ATM machine that dispenses money. So all this helps with the getting in and then out. But the part that helps me the most, is that the door is automatic so that when I am holding a bag of bottles I am not holding a door open as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their pick up service for the first time last month and it was so convenient. They arrived on time, loaded all my bags quickly and were helpful and friendly. I received my money the next day via email money transfer and it was even more than I thought it would be. I was so pleased to find a service that doesn't take a cut or charge for delivery. Highly recommend!
