★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience has been it's a great place to take your empties. Some type of ATM machine dispenses your money and not a person which is fine by me. I seem to get a lot more on my return of empties by going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was always friendly. I typically come with several bags of bottles and always come out with something like $70 and the guys counting are always very patient and remarkably quick with there counting and sorting.

I went yesterday got there 2 min before close i walk in the owner lets me know i made it just in time and he can help me. Took my bags of bottles and yelled and demanded i get out. Got no money and they stole my bottles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here today was amazing! I’m didn’t catch his name but he was working in Bay 3 this afternoon! Tall man wearing a black hat! Super nice! He helped carry my bottles in and then realized my hand was cut from a broken bottle and helped with that too! Very sweet! I will be back for sure! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Bowness Bottle Depot for about 30 years - and gave them a tip if the count was about what I figured. Lately, their 'counters' have been a bit shy of my estimated count (it's easy to count pop can flats, wine and beer cases, etc). Today, they conveniently, had their screen shut down and they were almost $20.00 short (due to past variances, I counted very carefully today!). The young man counting said to me "It's not my fault. Do you want to check the cameras?"
I'll be taking my 'returns' elsewhere in the future and I recommend that whomever reads this does the same!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 4 very large heavy duty bags..my kids had to lift them in and I gave little thought to how I was going to get them out :) I went to ask for a trolley (as opposed to a shopping cart) and 3 of the guys came right out and got all the bags loaded up. Everyone was super polite and the process was seamless. Will be going back there for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 6 full bags mostly 500ml size only got $35 when we walked away my husband commented to me about it and the girl that was helping us yelled you can check the cameras if you don't believe me. We said no thats ok then I think a supervisor or manager came over to us and offered to check the cameras once they closed for the day and again we said no and told him it seemed odd that the customer beside us had 2 not quite full bags and a small box and she got the same amount back. My recommendation is not to go here. We won't return.
