★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't the best experience I had today. Usually they are really good. But there seemed to be a lack of staff around and it was really difficult to get any help on the floor. Even saw two staff members in close proximity of each other not even remotely wearing masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female supervisor/manager was rude and acted like i was imposing when i am the customer and she was just having to do her work. If you cant socialize with people get a job that isnt around the public. I will NEVER EVER EVER be back to this location and have made a complaint to head office about her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are some specific items you can only get at Rona, so I'm happy it's still around. I wish they did a few things better, but I'm just grateful that Lowe's hasn't shut them down or Home Depot hasn't driven the amount of business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. Good place with lots of products in a smaller store. Faster experience than larger Rona stores. Love the "Mom and Pop" feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so impressed with this Rona, I've lived in this area about 4 years now, and went in to Rona on my own looking for indoor plants to brighten up my life..after chemo and radiation..
I.was approached by a wonderful gentleman, who kindly helped me search for som...he took me to different isles and we kept looking..for plants, and came across some green houses..!
I will be coming back a a second time to get greenhouse...I was and still am very impressed and grateful.
Most people don't really bother to help you, especially if you are in a wheelchair..
My husband picked up some carpet a few days earlier I believed to use in the back of our car...He believes he had the same wonderful genuine guy..
We both will be coming back to this store, it's refreshing to find someone who goes out of their way to help you..
I wanted to let everyone know about my lovely positive experience and my hubby said I should look on line..so I did..and here I am..I don't know his name but he was extremely kind and helpful!
Nit sure when I can get in there again...but will most deft browse some more!
