The store manager Sam has the worst customer service ever. He is rude, mean and he gets angry for no reason. It is difficult to have a normal conversation with this guy. I called a store in Camrose, thanks to the staff there I was told the franchise owner is Nashib Mousa and District manager Brad Burger. I will definitely get in touch with these guys. My whole family has been with Aarons for over 5 years. Not anymore !!

I honestly hate giving bad reviews. I'd much rather tell of the great service I've received. This is not the case, so I went in to buy a laptop (HP Omen 15) within 20 minutes they managed to charge my debit card and not receive the payment on their end so I payed cash (supposed wireless connection error), had to wait till the next day for a refund, which was supposed to go into my bank automatically, but nope I had to book the morning off work and come rectify it. ($190.25) is a lot of money to just dissapear. Then today I have some time to sit down and enjoy my new pc just to find the charger isnt the correct one and my pc wont charge. To add insult to injury they sold this pc to me as brand new and wound up giving me the display model with no box or paperwork from HP and the wrong charger. Very angry with the sloppiness of your business.** Edit raised to two stars from one because of Sean and Melissa those two made sure I got the right charger right away.**

For 2 years I had amazing service from Kim (the manager) now things have switched hands AGAIN! I get it, it's a business but now it's run by people who (a) don't speak English well and (b) people who have 0 customer service experience. Once my couch is paid for I will not be a returning client. People constantly calling to say I owe extra money when I pay ahead of my lease date for one and for two I pay extra every month, then to top it all off putting personal information as to how I get paid and when I get paid into notes on my file isn't for people's information. I don't need the world to know my business. I am an EXTREMELY unhappy customer.

Poor customer service. Was told I could switch my payment dates and was constantly harrassed for payment. I switched due to a job change. Was told numerous times I could do this and an extra fee was taken the last time to have this done. Then I'm told no its actually a higher fee and my date was not in fact moved. Poor communication as he barely speaks English. I was threatened with legal action because I moved and at the end of the call he told me to go f#@$ myself. Would not recommend anyone getting furniture here unless you're ready for drama and frustration.

I have been a returning customer customer here for over 3 years. I sold everything I owned in Ontario before I left and came to Calgary to start a new life and needed acquire new furnishings. Considering my financial situation, I was left with limited options. So I shopped similar type locations...Sam, the manager at the location I do all my business, is great. Because of my financial situation, he's never once treated me like a lesser person and I appreciate that kind of service. it's always a pleasure to go in and make my payment and enjoy joking around with him and his pleasant staff. This guy has great values and very outgoing towards my needs. With this, I hope Sam and his staff are rewarded as just. Thanks Sam and you're friendly staff.

The people in this particular store do not run things properly, they give you the run around for your money. They yell at their customers, they lie, cheat and steal. My bf ordered 2 mattresses and a TV from them and we are STILL waiting for it to be delivered. They have promised 3 different dates, and know the beds are for children, and we have been waiting 2 weeks for the merchandise. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS STORE!!!!!!!

Stay away from this place. They will sell you some really poor quality furniture 5 x times the price. Customer service is terrible. They will charge you some expensive late fees.
