Swapna Masurkar is our family doctor and have a great experience with her, accurate diagnosis , quick referrals makes her the best doctor as far as I can say , her diagnosis for my mother were so accurate and got us referrals for further checkups tasters

This is not a clinic it a learning ground for students. I kept following up with them about my referral letter. They kept faxing it to the wrong specialist and kept saying that they fixed it already. Almost everything is forgotten or easily missed.

Dr. Chhabra is a great doctor. My children are very comfortable with him. The front desk lady (Pinay) is rude to the patients. She is screaming over phone. And every time I call I need to wait 15mins.

Let's try this one again. I have had nothing but disappointments with this clinic. I have one issue after another. I think incompetence is part of it, staff who don't know how to use the online booking system, others who don't know how to use the equipment. I had an incident over 4 months ago, need to get my blood pressure down, still nothing, wrong medication, side effects and the doctor not taking the time to check to see if there is a problem. I don't feel that there has been proper follow up on my ER visit a few months ago. I have to come in every 3 months to refill prescriptions, even though some of these I have had for years and other clinics would write them for a year. Mostly, what I have encountered with the doctors is that they tend to be smug and dismissive. This is especially the case when I bring up the issues with my knees. Dr. Abdalla has completely ignored everything I have brought up about my knees. In the past I was in line to get an MRI on my knees, but wasn't able to get that done. He won't even try to schedule one now. This is unacceptable. Every time I leave, it seems that I have a new prescription. My regular doctor is Dr. Abdalla and the last doctor that I saw and was quite put off with is Dr. Masurkar. I am using pseudonym for privacy purposes.

Dr. Abdalla is the most incompetent doctor i have ever been with. To not allow me to refill my perscription cause its "too early" like are you kidding me, i have 2 left of 28 and its friday you jerks. I have to find a new doctor today now or have serious issues on monday so honestly the place and the doctors are dam terrible

Watched 4 other walkins go before me even though I had been waiting a hour!! Had asked about wait time as my son would be home from school in about an hour. I ended up having to leave without seeing any doctor. Normally a great clinic, maybe it was just the staff working that day. I then called and had a friend call at the same time. My friend waited 4 mins on hold and they answered my call immediately, they then told me they are not accepting walkins after 3pm.

Absolutely horrible experience here. Waited in the tiny, loud, overcrowded, room for over an hour past when I was told the Dr. would see me, only to be rushed through my health concerns, and to top it off, the Dr. put my prescriptions under the wrong patients name.. a major mistake as now I have a random persons information. I have spent all day (along with my pharmacist) attempting to contact them to resolve this. Initially, the lady at the front desk said there was nothing she could do, I needed to pry for her to say she would see what she could do. (Keep in mind they only need to change the patient information..) The pharmacy has forwarded the incorrect prescription twice. Neither myself or the pharmacy has heard back from them. Currently sick and in need of the prescription.. so disappointed and upset with my β€œcare”.

I have been dealing with this practice since I moved into the neighbourhood. First, it appears that they are gaming AHS to pay more by having patients make unnecessary visits. I have had to go in every 3 months to get refills on prescriptions that I have taken for years. Other doctors would give me a year's worth. More importantly, I have had an issue with blood pressure that hasn't begun to be resolved. After 6 months and 7 different prescriptions and too many side effects, there is no change. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told to find another doctor. In the process of this, I requested to see a specialist. I was called about meeting with the specialist and now am being denied the ability to see them. Is this starting to look like a case of malpractice?
