- Appointment or Walk-in Service
You do not need an appointment to see a walk-in doctor. When making an appointment with your family doctor, the receptionist will ask you about the nature of your visit to allocate the appropriate time for your appointment. Multiple problems may require more than one appointment.
- Cancellations
Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance as this frees up a needed spot for the next patient. Missed appointments without sufficient prior notice will be charged a fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I learned that Oasis was opening up a clinic in Bridgeland, I was glad to know I wouldn't have to go out of my way for appointments.
Twice I have had morning appointments booked, and twice I have shown up to a completely empty clinic with no staff (aside from the guy running the pharmacy. He doesn't work for the clinic, so he can't do anything for patients. And you can tell he gets kinda annoyed having to tell people "Hi, please have a seat. They will hopefully be here soon". Ended up waiting about 30 minutes for the doctor to arrive, and didn't get out of there until about an hour after my appointment time.
On my most recent visit, I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment (which was 10 minutes AFTER the clinic is supposed to be open), and once again the clinic was empty. When the staff finally showed up, it was two new employees (one of whom was working her first shift), and neither one knew how to log in to the computers. I got up and left, as I didn't have time to sit around and wait due to the clinic's incompetency YET AGAIN.
I'll be going back to their Deerfoot City clinic, as this location is an absolute joke.

My wife called and ensured that I was able to pick them up ... Once I got there the receptionist was despicable and RUDE!! and for that they get 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is clinic is horrible and i will never seek their services ever again.. I have called them so many times and the receptionist just hang up on you and it's happened to me so many times . Then , you go see them book appointment , when i showed at my appointment that was book , it had disappeared was told it was never booked . Those philippine girls are also so rude no customer service what's ever .. They have a sign saying they accept new patient and walk ins and most the time they have no doctors .. I live in bridgeland but i will go to other clinics in other parts of calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oasis Medical Clinic in Bridgedland is one Great Place to go for your medical needs. I really enjoyed my visit, will definitely come back and referred to my family and friends. The clinic staff are all very friendly and helpful making my experience there that much more enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any interaction I've had with the staff has been exceptional. They are polite and helpful to the extent that they are capable. Please keep up the good work.
The after hours phone line is confusing, as it says the office is open until 5:00 everyday, when in reality they close their doors at 4:00, which is what Google says they close.
I doubt that the mistake was made intentionally, but it's still a silly mistake to be made nonetheless as it gives the wrong impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in advance about a walk in appt and was told 4pm would be fine. I dragged my 60 hour postpartum body with my new baby to get my eye checked out. Once I got there I was told that the doctor had already left as he had an emergency. Granted my issue was not an emergency but it could have been. Total disregard for patients. I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dr is really nice but the overbook themselves way too much. I have went there 3 times and 2 times I had to leave because they were closing and still had 5 people in front of me. He is also very rushed and doesn't spend the right amount of time with you because of the booming.
