D	Derrick K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in just recently for a simple little ear flush. I have rarely yelled out involuntarily in pain especially for something as basic as this. I have never had this experience before when doing a simple little ear flush. The doctor barely was able to speak English, I could hardly understand him. Every second word was sorry this and sorry that. They seem to rotate through doctors quite heavily at this location not to mention they are slow to see their patients. Every time I come here I'm very unimpressed and this will be my last visit.

I got hung up on twice because she wouldn't listen to me. I asked for an appointment for tomorrow, and they're closed, which is fine. Before I got the chance to ask about Monday, she hung up in a rude manner. I've had so many issues with the reception being rude both in person and over the phone.

I read the review now I believed what the other reviewers said . No professional booking they don’t know how to estimate timing for one appointment and how an important appointment than walk-in . We got appointment but got treat like a walk-in. NERVER CONE BACK . . OR INTRODUCE . Wish there are zero star I could rated

I called 811 and they told me to go to this place and when I called the girls laughed and said "oh no we are closed now" I said "your online says your open until 5" to her reply "oh but no one was coming in so we close early today" sorry if your business is open until a certain time you should stay open until that time so people don't drive for no reason.

That was until recently when I went in for a walk in appointment and was yelled at by the same doctor I’ve seen over the years. I went in and asked the front desk how long the wait time was for an appointment and was yelled at by Dr. Victor Fadayomi for asking a simple question. This was in front of his staff and the waiting room full of people. It was shocking and humiliating. I have never had a professional raise their voice at me, and especially not so unprovoked. I’m generally an understanding person, and I know this can be a stressful job, but Dr. Fadayomi clearly has a quick temper and I truly don’t believe he should be in family medicine. If you’re looking for a walk in clinic there are several others in the area with much better patient care.
