★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming from Toronto I thought it would be hard to find a place that did proper fades but Tip Top never disappoints. Been going here for a while now and they did me and my groomsmen for my wedding and everyone looked fresh. Shouts out to Moudy and the crew here…never going anywhere else for a cut in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for over two years now and will never change barber shops ever again. Once you step in you see how clean the place is. The customer service is amazing; they treat you respect and give you what you want. Finally, the barbers are professional and get the job done right; they never implement things they want to do (like some other barber shops I know) and give a lot attention to detail when cutting. Plus the complimentary line-up and neck shave makes you feel fresh. Overall, if you are planning to go get a haircut at Tip Top Barbershop, don't second guess yourself and go. You won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid $45.00 for a skin fade and left with a pretty tragic hair cut. On top of that I had to listen to the staff give their opinion on the Russian / Ukrainian war. I’ll save you all the ridiculous opinions I had to listen to. Not exactly something I’d like to listen to when I’m trying to have a relaxing experience.

We drive across the city just for them & will continue to support them! We are extremely pleased with their customer service. They do not rush their customers and will make sure you are 100% happy when you leave their facility. My husband, son and daughter have seen Moudi and we LOVE him!! If you haven't been to The Tip Top Barber Shop, I strongly suggest you do - you will not be disappointed! I give them 5 glowing stars! BEST BARBERSHOP IN YYC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have come on and left a 5 star review 6 years ago when I first started coming here, but it was actually a bad review from Chris Viner who left a one star review that really triggered me to post mine.
I was in the barber shop when what he says a conversation about the Russia v Ukraine had started and he didn’t like hearing the opinions of the barbers and customers. Obviously forgetting to mention he was the one who had started the conversation and opened the topic. I was sitting just behind him watching his barber in the mirror desperately trying ti change the conversation. (Please be honest)
Regardless barber shop talk can’t be controlled or censored, barbers or owners cannot control the talk between clients and customers.
I’ve been coming here since this shop opened, never have I ever had any issues here or have had anything of what you would call a bad experience. They’re very respectful and professional.
(Chris viners review should be reported, as he is not being totally honest, and merely just let his frustrations out on a very reputable buisness)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped into today to sharpen hair shears for Alex, Sam, Moudi and Ali. All stylists were very particular about their shear edge condition to ensure they can provide the best care for their clients hair. Tip Top Barbershop is totally prepared for their client's hair cutting needs with renewed shear edges for the upcoming spring wedding and graduation season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and clean place.Moudi was very professional and very easy going.He spent his time making sure the cut and beard were done exactly what I wanted.I showed him a picture of what i was looking for and he did it.He kept a very good conversation and kept doing his work as well.
I am definitely going back and if you want a good haircut in a clean and friendly shop with barbers taking time to make sure it's done right this is that place. ?
