★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a first time purchaser of one of their products. I ordered online a part for my central vacuum. It arrived quickly from across the country but unfortunately it was damaged in transit. I contacted Vacuum Specialists and showed them pictures of the damage. They apologized for the mishap and instantly offered me a replacement part to be sent right away. That is professional service. Thank you.

I called to inquire about a central vac special they had online and the guy I spoke to offered me a better unit for a little less money
They scheduled the install with me the very next day. Hosine showed up to do the install and he was amazing!!
He caught some issues from a previous install and fixed them without question he also tucked all of the piping in my floor joists in my underdeveloped side of the basement for just a little extra money.
The unit they sold me is absolutely awesome I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship and the quality of the unit
I highly recommend vacuum specialists for all of your vacuum needs/repairs

Arrived at our home within 2 days (in remote area). Shipped wrong hose cover in error and corrected and shipped out correct one immediately. Vacuum power head and package works very well. Extremely happy with this company!

He was really friendly and pleasant to talk to, and eased me into understanding that my Dyson was not fixable (I had a feeling due to the misuse of the vacuum on my own end), I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this shop! They did not charge me for checking my vacuum and even did a trade in for a new vacuum! I bought a new refurbished vacuum from this shop and I love it! This shop has great refurbished vacuums for reasonable prices and everyone in this shop is professional and friendly! I will definitely recommend all my friends and family and I strongly suggest checking this place out if you have a vacuum that needs to be checked out by professionals !

Youssef took the time to figure out my needs by asking lots of questions and then spent time showing me many different options. I never felt rushed or like I was getting a sales pitch. The owner phoned to outline options and provide advice on the most cost-effective choice. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and strives to help out customers. The installer, Mohammed, was very polite and friendly as well. He responded to questions with helpful insight and happily showed me how I could maintain the unit.
