Paradise Truck & Trailer Repairs Inc. - Calgary

Went in to get some work done on my truck and trailer. They over charged for the oil change, charging $20 more than the dealership or anywhere else. Spent in total $3000 on my truck and trailer, no complaints about the work done on the trailer but the truck they put a brand new part in that it turns out was not even needed, they had my truck all day and when i finally got it back the part they just installed was loose because it was not installed properly. They also caused damage during the repair. When I went back for the fix, they tore it apart again taking another 3 or 4 hours, to put it back together saying there was nothing wrong with it and nothing they could do. So instead of putting the original part back in that wasn’t broken they did a temporary fix and said that’s the best they could do and it should last for a bit and then they wanted to charge me an additional $1200 to get even more work done. When I voiced my concerns about them not fixing my truck properly and causing more damage, they ignored my concerns. I started to leave. I realized I left my extra key so had to go back and 4 of the mechanics were laughing and making fun of me being upset until they saw I was standing there and then they shut up. The next day I went to 2 different mechanics, showed them the part they removed that they said was broken,and was told the part was fine and didn’t need to be replaced. They recommended I try to get a refund, but when I asked to talk to a manager I was told they would call me back. It’s been 2 days and still no phone call and now due to them causing damage I’m going to have to pay someone else to actually fix my truck. These guys have poor experience, very bad customer service skills and if I could give them only half a star I would. I do not recommend. Go somewhere else with mechanics who know what they’re doing instead of this place. Worst mechanics ever go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I will be letting everyone I know not to go here ever.

Have been working with these folks for the last couple of years. I couldn't ask for better experienced technicians and timely completions for my fleet(30+ trucks)of both gas and HD units , on top of my personal pick up. Very consistent and reliable. Between mechanical and body repair, these guys will come through every time. Super central for ease of accommodation.

Trailer signal light wasn’t work and I told mechanic there is problems in fuses or connector wire with tractor trailer, he spent 3 hours and charge 218$ but not fixed, so please guys dnt go there, nice way to money spent,

My wife and I have taken several of our vehicles here and have always been so impressed by their standard of honesty and integrity. We've mostly connected with Matthew, Travis and Cody, all of which are extremely kind individuals. It's encouraging to know that there are some truly trustworthy people who you can feel confident with leaving your vehicle with. Great experience each time we are in need of a repair. I brought my boat here for some regular maintenance and to fix my hydraulic lift. I got ripped off so bad by this company. One example was I paid $700.00 for a detail and all they did was pressure wash the rug and that was it. I told the person that they did not clean under the seats and the response from the employee was 'i did not understand that was part of the deal'. Another example is when I picked up my boat the hydraulic lift was still not functioning after they told me they fixed it.

Been using this company for years. Travis is always quick to give quotes and Josh in the shop always has time to see what is going on with my vehicles. I have never had any issue with the work this team provides. There doesn't seem to be anything they cannot fix either.

I can't see my first post so I will gladly say it again... Our Volvo broke down in Calgary and after calling Volvo dealer and other shops we found Paradise. They were able to take our truck in right away to diagnose, and start the repairs that day, while waiting for more parts. The team is very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and the shop provides overall great service, at grate rate! We will be back, when time comes. Thank you so much!
