Jiffy Lube - Calgary

WITH my own oil and a filter!! jiify lube wanted 83$ for a grease oil filter... B4 tax ? aiy carumba NO ! 83 for a little grease and 20 min of labour ?

Every time I go in to have my oil changed I am blown away by the professionalism and friendly service these guys give. They’re always working together as a team, informing me of what I need and giving me helpful tips on how to take care of my car. Jiffy Lube is my go to place for car servicing. These guys are awesome! Looking forward to my next service! They let Me know they’re offering a 1000$ gas card give away/raffle draw for the summer months! Starting a June and runs for the summer

I normally go here for my oil change but this review is from my sister. I recommended that she go here for an oil change. They checked and told her she was still good and didn't need it done. She brought her own air filter for them to change and was told that they will still charge her for an air filter anyway but they swapped it out for free. It was an awesome experience and she appreciated their honesty.

First time getting my oil change done at this jiffy lube and I'll definitely return. Super fast and efficient service. The whole team was super helpful, friendly and honest regarding what my car did and didn't need. Highly recommend this location!

If i could rate them 10 I would give them 10/10. I’ve been to other stores but this place is by far the great service Ive had with reasonable price. What also the best are the staff, they are super friendly and knowledgeable. They will explain every service that your car needs and no surprise charges. If u want the best service for your precious car go to Jiffy lube?.

I am a skip the dishes driver, tried to email ahead of time to get prices but they wouldn't do it told me to go into the location. I did so, skip drivers get 10 dollars off synthetic oil changes and 10 dollars off additional service. I asked the price for full synthetic oil change the said he didn't know and struggled to figure it out, he didn't check anything then randomly said 125 or "something like that". Then I asked if I need to do the additional service at the same time to get the 10 dollars off because I needed an engine oil change right now but a transmission oil change in 5000 km. He said he didn't know and would need to ask a manager, it's like okay... can you go ask them then? He looked over to another guy in the shop and then said "I think you have to do it at the same time". And I was like "okay... the additional service I need is a transmission oil change". Then he said "why do you need that is there something wrong?". And I said no nothing is wrong except that according to my owners manual the transmission oil needs to be changed every 180 000 kilometers. He nodded. This guy was nice enough I guess, but didn't know the prices, didn't know the deal with skip the dishes, didn't know that a transmission oil change was part of regular maintenance. I left and went to the Toyota dealership they gave me a full synthetic oil change for $61 dollars, less then half the price of what I was "quoted" (well if you want to call this guys random guess a quote). Even if the quote from Jiffy lube had been 30 dollars I wouldn't have gotten my car serviced there, this guy seemed like he had wandered in off the street and was telling customers completely random things. Will definitely never be giving these guys a shot. I'd recommend a dealership or Mr.Lube.
