I was completely impressed with everyone I dealt with at Country Hills Collision. They were excellent with updating us with the progress and repairs to our Matrix. The workmanship and professionalism with first class. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family. Thank you so much. We recently had another unfortunate incident with our Matrix. Without a second thought I returned to Country Hills Collision. They were outstanding in arranging for my car rental sooner than first expected. The repairs were again completed to perfection. I have a lot of confidence in this business and will be returning in the spring with my Rav4 for a wind shield replacement. Thanks again. Derrick

Update: The GM Ed met me on drop off of my vehicle and discussed some of the communication issues we had. They have updated some internal processes to allow staff more availability for customers. They accommodated vehicle drop off times around my work schedule and communicated through the repair. The repair was done quickly, and very easy for me. My vehicle was clean on pickup and both Quinn and Ed ensured I was happy. I would use Country Hills collision again. I have an appointment booked with them. Have left 8 VMs to confirm the date and time and cannot get anyone to return my phone call. I have tried all different hours of the day.

Absolutely amazing staff and amazing customer service. Quinn was extremely attentive and helpful with responding to all of my questions and concerns. I brought my Highlander in to be fixed and since it’s a 2022, they had to order all of the pieces, which took a long time, but they kept me updated the entire process, which I appreciated. Highly recommended.

Took my car in to get a windshield replacement last minute; got it back same day with a fresh detail! Quinn went above and beyond to ensure the process was seamless and immaculate. Would highly recommend! 10/10 service and for sure will be coming back !

Used Country Hills Collision Centre for the repair of my 2021 Rav4 from getting rear ended before Christmas. Originally booked it for March due to a back order for parts but they were able to get the parts in earlier. Ended up getting my vehicle this past week. I have to say they did a fantastic job. All vendors from the car rentals, my insurance company to the front end staff all worked seamlessly together to make the experience quite easy and stress free. They were even able to fix a chip on my windshield as a separate invoice all in one go around. To top it all off my Rav4 looked sparkling new having it all washed and cleaned inside. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future repairs on my vehicle. Great job all around!!!

They fix a dented bumper and repainted the piece in 2 days, amazing fast and efficient! It was a stress free experience and I received update about the work progress every day. I'm very glad that I picked them after shopping around. I would recommend anyone shopping for auto body repair pay a visit at Country Hills Collision Center.

My Insurance company recommended me to go Country Hills Collision look at the pictures. I was told after market piece would be similar does it look similar rust in less than 4 months. look at the shape of the muffler when I went in to show the rust I was told nothing they can do it's moisture build up and they use after market to save cost for who the company? and shrugged it off. Then why does the original muffler has no rust. My recommendations I learned after an accident look for a bodyshop that works for the interest of the owner of vehicle I understand after market piece but 4 months all this rust it's a good cost saver for the compnay not me I'll be stuck with this when I sell this is there life time warranty ?

Update: After I had posted my initial review, Ed was able to reach out to me and come up with a solution to correct the issue. I have to say, the customer service provided by the general manager (Ed) was truly amazing he went above and beyond to contact my insurance company to get myself reimbursed for the different headlight bulbs installed and he also got my headlight bulbs installed after the claim had closed! They even installed a headlight bulb that was missing from the headlight assembly, free of charge. Lastly, I would recommend this centre auto body repair. Initial: I used country hills collision to get my estimate/repair done through insurance. I had brought in my car on Mach 14 and the repairs were done super quick within 3 days I believe, and I was impressed with their service for that part. However, I was driving my car at night after repairs and figured both headlights have different colors. The left side (post collision) is yellow and the right-side is ice blue, as should have the left side been (attached pictures). Which meant that they paid little to no attention to detail in the finishings of the car. Secondly, communication was not the best. I mainly communicated by phone call/text, in which many texts would have gone unanswered, and I would have to call in for an update. I suggest they be more responsive to their text line.
