★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a Pre-Purchase inspection. You reported that everything was good so we bought the vehicle.
Not true. Went for a trip and had to pay for repair services in the middle of nowhere, which ruined part of our vacation. Mechanic said the inspection SHOULD have found the issues as they were very obvious to a mechanic.
Buyer beware!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used auto medics for oil change on my two cars. I purchased a used tire for my Honda civic. But the guy didn’t even showed me the tire he is installing on my car. I mean i trusted him on the tire’s condition. And when after a week i noticed the tire he put on my car is with almost no thread. I told him the same and he told me they don’t have any more tires.
Paid the same amount to zee tires and got way better thread than auto medics.
So i got a used tire costing me double because of my wrong choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS COULD BE THE WORST MECHANIC SHOP!!!!
If there was a negative star on here I would use it! Needless to say, I will never use this company again! I took my vehicle to Automedics with a leaking rear main seal, they claimed to have completed the work but the vehicle kept leaking oil. Each time I took the vehicle back to Automedics they claimed to have done the work by later on I would notice the oil was still leaking.
Eventually, I took the vehicle to another mechanic, they took the vehicle apart and told me that there is no way the main seal was ever changed. I am pleased to say the problem has now been fixed but I am seriously out of pocket and have been without my vehicle for over a month in total time.
When I infromed Automedics, the guy said that he could send me CCTV footage of them changing the seal to prove the work was done. When I took the guy up on his offer and requested he send me the footage he said he wasnt going to speak to me again because I was saying he was a liar.
*When I went here once one of the guys told me that if a vehicle comes in for service but the feel the oil is still OK they won't change it. Watch out if you use this company for services because if your oil isn't change you could be buying a new engine in the near future.
Shocking company!!!!

I broke down a few mins away from their shop, they came to my car, tightened my lug nuts and brought me back to their shop to fix the damage!
Very kind gentleman, on such a cold and miserable day, I really appreciated their help!
