β β β β β Staff have been friendly however 99% of the candy I buy is stale. Hard gummies and white chocolate bars that should be brown. My recommendation is to make sure expired products are filtered out.

β β β β β To the owners of this Macs store....is it normal policy to have employees talk on the phone(in a foreign language) while taking your customer's money and completely ignoring their existence, not even letting me know the total of the purchase, saying thank you or come again....WOW!!! I felt like I should almost wave and say hello to let him know I was a human who was purchasing items from him.
Way to make someone want to come back to your store. NEVER AGAIN!

β β β β β My brother went in to check his lottery to see if it was a winner but the cashier refused to check it himself and made him use the self check machine. Two cashiers working, store is not busy at ALL so I just donβt understand why he couldnβt check it himself when he went to the counter first?!

β β β β β They charged me 30$ twice accidentally in the afternoon, I called them and they said come back after 8:30 and we can help you. I came back at 9:45 and Anis and Hamza told me thereβs nothing they can do because the guy that did the transaction already left, which is utter bs. They also randomly started speaking to me in a foreign language for no reason and said to come back again tomorrow morning, which again is bs, because itβs my fault that I came too late after 8:30. Still havenβt gotten my $30 back, donβt come here, these guys are just stealing my money and wasting my time.

β β β β β Place is always clean and well stocked, however they refused to honor the buy 5 get one free hot or cold drink system. I have entered my number on the screen every time and only received my free drink once. The last 4 times the screen congratulated me on a free drink it was denied by the cashier. The worst part is they aren't even listed as a valid store in the app to redeem rewards either.

β β β β β Definitely isn't open 24 hours if you go anytime past 12:30 the will not allow you into the building, the will just say they are closed.

β β β β β The owner of this circle k is so kind and always makes me feel so welcome! My mom is a regular there and he always remembers us! Whenever I am not with her he always asks how I'm doing (I am in a wheelchair) and when I am he always treats me with so much respect which is rare when you're handicapped (at least in my experience). I highly, highly recommend this location!
