★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this edo!! There's always the same staff and the lady who takes the orders is exceptional, so friendly and sweet, I actually look forward to seeing her every time I order! The food is always fresh, ready in 10 mins, nice and hot. Not every order is perfect or consistent every time but that's just how life works. You can always order extra sauces or teriyaki sauce scoops to your liking (I find there's only a small amount of gyoza and tempura sauce). It's not a fancy restaurant, it's a chain so the food will obviously taste "the same". Very clean new place :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering here and I was not pleased. I've been to others where the employees are nicer and actually pay attention to your order.
Tonight, I placed an order for pick up. I got home and realised that my order had been mixed up and some items omitted. I called to let them know and the lady I spoke to sounded like I was bothering her. She asked me what I wanted them to do about it and I barely even apologised. I had to go back to replace my order.
Before driving away, I decided to check to make sure nothing was missing this time and to my surprise, my spicy teriyaki was missing. I had to go in a third time to get the spicy teriyaki and the lady at the counter gave me tiny bowls of spicy teriyaki (way less than what I requested in my order ) in such a dismissive manner.
Terrible customer service. I understand they've probably had a long day but they really should do better.
To their credit though, I was offered two spring rolls and a coupon for troubles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely great place. Even when they're busy my food is always prepared without much wait at all ☺️ the staff have all been wonderful and quick to be of assistance. Obviously a very busy location so plan around the lunch rush or order ahead. Also, heads-up, the plaza parking lot is wack

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST sushi restaurant ever! This location should be closed down! The owner should be ashamed, can’t even find staff that can make proper sushi at a sushi restaurant!? Instead giving people sushi that is spoiled, stale, and old. It was cold like the North Pole, as If it was left to sit in the fridge for who knows how many days. Staff are very rude and disrespectful. During these times of covid, their masks are worn half way. Absolutely nasty and careless. The sushi made us sick! From the experience, in my opinion, I would say their food is dirty or the staff handling the food are not sanitary
