About Dream Sleep Respiratory NW Calgary
Dream Sleep Respiratory is proud to be a Calgary owned and operated home care, sleep and respiratory clinic.
It was opened in 2011 and since then we have worked to be the best in patient care in the city of Calgary. We pride ourselves on putting a patient’s health and concerns at the top of our list and work hard to be the best in customer service and care.
Since we first opened our doors to the public in our Country Hills head office, we have expanded to include 4 locations in Calgary, as well as offices in Canmore, Cochrane, Red Deer, and Edmonton. In an effort to better serve our customers, we are continually growing and always expanding to serve our Alberta customers better.
At the moment our services include CPAP therapy for sleep apnea patients including all that is required, sleep testing for sleep-disordered breathing diagnosis, complete pulmonary function testing, and home oxygen. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, I live in Canmore and every Thu. Erik spends the day here at one of our clinics. Fabulous service and very convenient. I had to do my test twice, but each time I picked up the machine on Fri. and returned it on Monday. I got to test over a few nights instead of just one. Erik worked with me to optimize the machine and answer any questions I had. This whole procedure worked out very well, as I had no problem with the CPAP machine. My wife is ecstatic in that she sleeps better now that I don't snore (I could wake the dead)or stop breathing throughout the night. I would like to thank Erik and all the staff for friendly, efficient and timely service through the whole process. Cheers everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not overly enthused with administration here. Called me at 8:39 AM and I worked late the night before. I call back now that Im awake. They ask me to pay the remaining balance after insurance covered a portion. I already paid this the day I picked up the unit. Not sure why they would give out a unit to someone without that paid. And why would I owe a balance on something I don't have(from their perspective that I was on a trial machine). Put me on hold to check this. Then come back and say they want to book an end of trial appointment and ask me to return the trial version machine which I never had to begin with. Tell them I bought a brand new machine. They put me on hold again. Come back and find out that I had a brand new one. Dont ask to book an appointment, end of call. Thank you for waking me up at 8:39 AM to confirm what you should already know. I came to you guys for sleep help and ironically, your waking me up from my sleep for something that should already be organized on your end.

I was just there for my mask fitting and CPAP Trial. They were great! Very professional and really put my mind at ease.
They took the time to explain how to use my machine, walked me through the trial process, checked to make sure my follow up appointments we're booked and answered my all my question.
I left feeling really confident and actually excited about finally getting a good night's sleep.
Totally would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling the branch but got routed to the call center. Explained I needed a new mask and would leave early to pick it up the end of the day on my way home from work. They gave me the wrong one. It was never used and they would not exchange the mask. Will use this business again.

I really appreciate that all their machines are the same price (standardized to the cheapest machine) so patients can pick based on their needs and not the price point. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service, dad was in the hospital for about 2 months after the trial started and kept them updated throughout . Then booked and appointment when he was back home. With his walking limitations it was major hassle for us to get him on the car and to the appointment only to be told if we need to continue we need to pay$300 for the trial as there is shortage of the equipment. Then told you cannot even buy these machines anymore as there is global shortage. Should have been told that over the phone a month ago and we should have taken care of it and not have to bring dad down for an appointment. Money grabbing business rather than customer centric. So sad to have a business that is leaching in seniors.
