Mr Paul Dhaliwal and his team are real knowledgeable professionals who made our home buying experience smooth, stress free n exciting. We were provided exceptional service by Manjot who also answered any and all questions we had. He made sure the entire process was smooth and easy. Finished product is beautiful and everything we had hoped for. We highly recommend Truman to anyone looking for a new home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a viewing to see Arcola Townhomes on Spring Willow. We were interested in seeing and possibly purchasing TH2. I got an email from Bobby Khakh after scheduling the viewing with information package and pricing which was great. Our showing was booked for 2pm and when we arrived, Bobby didn’t give us any additional information on the townhomes. We were told we were standing the TH3 which were sold out. We did have a look inside the TH3 to get a feel of what it was. We then asked to see the TH2 and if there was any to see. Bobby told us we could drive then walk over to unit #236 and that the door should be open (he showed us on the map). He didn’t offer to come with us, show us around or even give us more information on the TH2. When we got to the TH2 (unit #236) the door was locked. We didn’t go back to see him and we felt as if he didn’t want to assist us in finding a home. I am a first time home buyer and this is a very disappointing experience.

He provides virtual tour via FaceTime even we are from different time zone, suggesting a feasible trading schedule. It is a big step for us to move to Calgary from Truman House.

But I am very appreciating the sales manager Bobby Khakh for his services during the whole processing. He gave me a lot of help for viewing, selecting, documenting and etc. I am very satisfied with his warming services!
