“We recently got married and living in a condo wasn’t what we wanted for the long-term. We are both very active and love being in the mountains. We wanted our first home to be extremely accessible to the mountains while maintaining easy access to downtown and to all the amenities. Before choosing to move, we knew we wanted to live in a neighbourhood that had a great pathway system connection, transit close by and was within walking distance to a grocery store. The Rise in the West End of Calgary met all of our criteria. It offered a unique opportunity of building the home of our dreams, while working with a great builder.”
