★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited almost 2 months to get an appointment for an estimate to have snow guards and heat cables installed and replaced. FINALLY get one for today. Robert was supposed to get here between 930 and 1030am. No show. Then when i email the office at 1110 Robert calls at 1115 to say they dont work in the rain. It has been raining all morning!! A call to reschedule BEFORE i reached out.. after waiting almost 2 hrs.. would have been nice.
