Excellent group and private lessons whether you're looking for physical training or self defense. Patient instructors. A great way to get to know more people and grow yourself.

Sean is a Great man of Honor and Character...His style, approach to Life and training is one that will give you the confidence to reach any goal you set.It says a lot when in a small business that his daughter also works there...People that don't even live in Cochrane train here ...it is impressive...Give Sean a call and come try him and his team out for a session and you will see what I mean. Sean Rocks at who he is and what he does !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing people here, they truly go the extra mile to get you to your goals. No matter if it's for adult training or your children, the level of experience and commitment Sean and Naomi were able to put into teaching and developing a personalized program was outstanding.
My children get so much out of the time there, developing their mind and body. My Kids learned new skills and were able to push their own limits in a safe and professional environment.
Felt like part of a family from day one, so many places are so commercial and don't take the time to understand what is best for you and willing to take the time to customize the path to achieve my best results. The atmosphere is friendly and upbeat.
Motivation was always my weak point, they truly knew how to get the best out of me.
So whether it's losing a few pounds, learning new skills to protect yourself or your family and your loved ones. There is nowhere I would recommend more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sean has a fantastic facility. Quality training for everyone from beginners to high level grapplers. His coaching style brings the best out of all of his students, very patient and supportive. My son learned a lot and I have gone from minimal jiu jitsu knowledge to a feeling of confidence on the ground.
The sessions are challenging physically and mentally, with different drills personalized to the skill level of the fighter.
Highest recommendation.

Naomi is a wonderful personal trainer who always managed to put together a new and interesting workout regime. Sean is passionate about teaching people to protect themselves and is able to string techniques together in a way that is easy to retain. Both of them were incredibly supportive of my goals and I would recommend them to others.
