Could use a much more knowledgeable board of directors, that is if you can find them, along with a more informed property manager. She really should get herself more informed about who is who, (who are renters and who are owners).
Many requests to the board to have bins for disposable food to be relocated to the garbage room rather than beside the entrance to the elevator.
You end up with fruit flies in your hair and clothing thus bringing them into your condo.
