- Heater doesn't work that well in the winter.
- Only one building where you can top up your laundry card.
- Someone stole my package that was left at my door.
- No security cameras in hallway
-Hallway needs to be renovated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noisy, screaming children left unattended most hours of the day. Maintenance issues take months to get resolved. Garbage always spread around the dumpsters. Parking lot is like a bombed-out out third world country road so of course they spend money on putting in speed bumps. And rent is still overpriced for this now soft market. Feels like it should be a somewhere in the NE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great community atmosphere. The building and grounds are kept up to a very high standard ..... the staff are awesome .... very professional efficient and friendly and address any concerns or repairs immediately.
It is quiet, very safe and just an all around pleasure to live here .... very happy I chose Westwinds ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a resident at Westwinds Village for almost two months, and I have nothing but positive things to say about both the building and the management.
The location of the building is perfect for someone like me who is a post-secondary student and dependent on public transportation. The neighbourhood is family-oriented, clean and safe. There are a lot of great shops in the area, making it unnecessary to travel to other parts of the city.
The building is currently undergoing an exterior renovation to modernize its appearance and it looks incredible so far! The common areas inside the building are clean and in excellent condition. When repairs are required in a suite, they are done almost immediately by one of the friendliest repair men I have ever met. He was friendly yet professional and even went out of his way to be kind to my two small dogs.
The management has treated me with respect and made me feel as though I'm truly wanted at the complex. They are always quick to say hello whenever I see them, and often ask how I am doing/enjoying living at the building. It really goes a long way in making this place feel like home!
My suite is a nice sized one bedroom with a few upgrades. It is just right for my needs.
If you're looking for somewhere pleasant to live, where your neighbours are friendly and management truly cares, then check out Westwinds Village!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given less if there is option.. worse place ever in terms of service, maintenance. I been living with boardwalk in different city for 4 years but this place and staff are worse including resident manager(Debbie). We had issue from day 1 and some of those it has been fixed yet (already 6 months since we move here).Do not recommended this place to anyone. There are lots of mice issues and odd smell coming all the times ànd they do not know where is coming from.Never show up in times for fixing even though we call so many times.Zero star*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, horrible neighbors, feces of cats and dogs everywhere, preferences given to some tenants, bad place to live with a family, if you are living upper floors, you should have wings to float around as neighbors may complaint about noise. Avoid this place at all costs. If I can give no stars I will do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for just over a year and overall it was a great experience.
My unit was bright and spacious and I rarely heard my neighbours. It was also newly renovated (kitchen, floors, and walls) which was a bonus!
Debie was great throughout and even assisted me with staying an extra month to help me with my move out transition.
Notes: parking spaces are a bit tight and the kids like to play in the center court yard (so if you don't want to hear that I suggest getting an outward facing unit)
