However the receptionist staff aren’t very nice and I have even been laughed at me before while trying to make appointments. It’s extremely unprofessional and makes me uncomfortable booking appointments with my one family doctor.

When you call in, talk fast and know exactly what you're asking for, or risk being transferred or impatiently cut off mid-sentence. Other than that, my family doctor is fantastic and so are the others I've seen at this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are AMAZING. We had a very tough situation arise on a Sunday afternoon with our daughter, and this clinic were incredible. They helped us through the situation, called us back when they said they would, conducted a virtual appointment with her and also took her in to see her even though they were closed.
I can’t thank them enough. They were amazing.
