Literally had to buy bras, go across to another store to try on, then return both since they didn’t fit.
Workers are lovely but store policy is absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When to lasenza today to find lingerie for work as a spicy accountant. I’ve been to numerous lingerie stores in the past month looking for options. Today’s experience was lacklustre to disappointing.
A lot of the sales staff was amazing, did their best to check on me, helped me with finding sizes/options even with me being very picky. But the regulations surrounding the change room are a little confusing. They say you can only bringing six items which I’m used to,
But as I was collecting a lot of things they were telling me that I could only have six items in the back. If you mean that we can only carry six items and, you won’t be able to hold anymore than six, you need to tell customers that. I had two sales reps come up and get irritated with me for getting multiple items of clothing(??) I only spent half what I planned because it felt like they didn’t want me shopping there.

I understand why La Senza has one store in all of Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These girls at this la senza in market mall are probably the best I’ve ever experienced - and it’s not just one time, it’s every single time I visit! But I have the most to say about Sarah, because it was Black Friday weekend, they were crazy busy, (as expected) they still took the time to bring me options, help me with an exchange and go above and beyond to make sure I left happy - while I was waiting in line, she was so differently personable with every single customer and that was just something to admire as you typically don’t see that in customer service … especially after a crazy Black Friday weekend!! You can tell she’s happy to be there and happy to be of service to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Will never shop there again. Half-hearted greeting when I entered, no offer to help. I used to love this company, and this being the only store left in Calgary, I drove all across town to stock up on bras. Now, my bra size differs depending on the store and style, so I need to try them on. But noooo! They are one of the few stores who still will not allow you to try things on! At other clothing stores, I just try things on where I stand, but obviously not with a bra! So, I approach said rather unfriendly associate, as I am at a loss and explain to her that I need to try bras on. She just says oh well, you have 30 days to return. I asked her if she thinks I can just buy like 20 different pairs, and says that this is my option, and walks away. Congratulations, you have just lost a previously loyal customer to Amazon! No wonder you are close to bankruptcy!
