I have always had such a hard time finding a bra that actually fits me my whole life. However, this was not the case at this store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely woman and she immediately knew, just by looking at me what my true size was (keep in mind I was wearing a hoodie so I was astonished that she knew just by a glance). The first bra she put me in was an amazing fit and took so much weight off of my shoulders and made me look and feel great. I will be going back in a couple of days to buy another one haha. Thank you so much :)

After having a child & nursing I was super self conscious of my chest. I finally, after a few years of hiding under sports bras & baggy shirts, decided to go get properly sized and find something that looks good on me. I walked out with 3 beautiful new bras that are such a major confidence boost. The lady that owns the store, and the lady that run the Instagram pages are both such beautiful souls. Highly recommend shopping here if you want an empowering, understanding, knowledgeable, and supportive experience! Can’t wait to toss my ill fit clothes & stop hiding myself from the world!

I have been struggling to find my fiance a bra, of course 4 boys later, she forgot the one she had is older and fit to support, as she needed a new on I exhausted all resources for her, but upon arrival at about the bra, the Owner, Annette was most helpful took my fiance to the back, although the bra is for her I began to breath better.

I spent $56 on a Dita Von Teese face mask here in mid 2021 and enquired a few months later as it STILL hadn’t arrived in order to gage when it would arrive. The response left much to be desired in terms of customer care - I was sent an illegible scan of the tracking and found it wasn’t able to be tracked. International orders should be able to be tracked. A whole year later and the order has just never arrived. Such disappointment. Order number #3233

My teenage daughter has had a heck of a time finding a bra that fits her slim frame and ample cup size. A few months ago, we discovered your shop after buying my daughter's graduation gown next door. Wow! "About the Bra" is amazing! Stephanie greeted us right away with a warm and friendly smile. For the next hour, she worked hard to find the perfect bra for my kiddo. She was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. We were quite impressed with her level of customer service. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic service. I have a torn rotator cuff and I was looking for a bra I could wear that would not cause me pain and that I could easily take off. The service was incredible, the lady was very knowledgeable on my injury and what bras/ styles/ sizes would aggravate my injury. She gave me advice and was so nice to chat with. I will definitely be back!

The sales associates will fit you to each bra as they say every bra fits different, but they will not take accountability for sizing you incorrectly. I purchased two bras from them because the sales associates fit me to them, but when I wore it at home, the band was way too big. They refused a refund even though I was sized wrong by them, and I had all the original tags on, had the proof of purchase, and it hadn't been a week since I bought them. The sales associate Annette kept saying each bra fits differently. I bought the bras because she and her sales associates said they fit me. I then tried the bra on again in front of Annette and proved to her that the band was too big and she still kept saying "each bra fits different". They don't disclose to you that they don't offer refunds at checkout, I had to find out they only offer credit or exchange after I had spent my money. Even after I was sized incorrectly by their professionals, and they didn't share with me the return policy on their receipt or at checkout, and I had all original tags and receipts, they still refused a refund. I am frustrated I spent money on a company that lacks any accountability and transparency. While I was fair as a customer to keep all tags on and contact them to deal with issues I had, they would not admit to incorrectly sizing me and was more concerned about how refunding me would take a financial hit on their business.
