Jasmine and Jenna at the Market Mall location were the most kind, helpful, caring staff. They were extremely helpful in finding a new backpack and wallet. We ended up having a great conversation and felt like staff actually cared about their customers, which is rare nowadays.They answered all my questions and made sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. Fossil products have always been a favorite of mine, not only for the impeccable quality and design but the care and friendliness of the staff at all locations. Highly recommend.

Staff can be a bit pushy and overbearing, constantly looking over your shoulder. It’s their job, but having some space to browse would be nice. I had to walk out of there once because one of the girls was far too annoying. Bought a watch with associate Thea and had a much better experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. 30% discount was applied to something already on sale. You get to pick a box of choice and get a free engraving, too. This location has a lot of variety. Their products are good, but I just wish the staff would give customers more space until they require assistance.

Had an EXCELLENT experience in this store purchasing two new Gen 5 Smart Watches for my husband and myself along with some extra straps. The sales person was knoweldgeable about all the functions of the watch and ran though them with us. She also made sure that she gave us the space to talk about it and make a decision. She sized our watches and we were on our way. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

I had a problem with my Gen 3 Fossil Q smartwatch back plate coming off, which would effect the waterproofing of the watch, the watch is a year and a half old so still under warranty (2 year warranty is amazing). So I took my watch in and the lady Jenna was working at the time and was unbelievably helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to help me out with my situation and made sure that I didn't leave until I was happy. Seriously a great overall experience and I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone

Went in looking for smart watches. The girl was super helpful. Not at all pushy just genuinely helpful. She reviewed the features and answered our questions. She was great to suggest accessories, we ended up buying 2 Gen 5 watches and a couple extra straps. Great service.

Best fossil location hands down. The products themselves are priced well and look good. I do find the watches don't really stand the test of time and have had to claim warranty and service. That's where this location rocks. Staff is amazing, never a issue, never a hold up. I made the mistake of going to the one in Chinook with a issue and they didn't even look at the watch. Went here and walked out 15min later with a replacement. If your going to buy the brand, buy it here.

I went in on a whim to look at their watches. The sales people seemed to be afraid to approach me to offer assistance, so I just left. I was more window shopping than anything anyway but did have a couple of questions about the product.

My partner and I came in April 17 just before 3:30pm to purchase a purse and the only people in the store were my partner, myself, and two employees standing together chatting at the side of the store. We did not get a greeting when we walked in and I had questions about their purses, so I stood there waiting for their conversation to be done. One of the girls finally noticed me waiting and she annoyingly asked β€œcan I help you with something?” I ended up finding a purse that I liked, without either of their help, but I did not purchase it due to the poor customer service. I have worked in customer service for years and can’t stand when people in the field don’t put any effort into helping their customers. Neither of them a acknowledged us as we walked out, as they were still too deep in their conversation that I had clearly interrupted lol.
