★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was @ the store Jan 26 to do business and the lady was so rude and condescending. Please treat your customers with respect nomatter who they are. I know I didnt have necessary documents as per your policy yet you had no right to be so rude about "my passport and ID."

Had a significant amount that I wanted exchanged but would never consider this company again due to the absence of service. You think with all the bad reviews the manager or owner would actually do something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great, definitely order online first for large amount. But be-careful the online order is based on the exchange rate of the pickup date, so if the rate drop 5days later during your pickup you will get a lower rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order for Euros. Service was really good. They completed my order on time and in the denominations I asked for. The rates here were cheaper than TD Canada Trust. Will use them again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into the store to exchange CAD to euros and was ignored at the counter until we told the teller the exact amount we wanted to exchange. They then sent us to exchange online because "the rate online will always be better than in store". So we went online, the rate was 4¢ worse and there would have to be a 2 day delay for pickup.
Check the online rate before going in-store. The previous reviews are correct that if ordering online, the rate would be at the day of pickup.
