★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to go to the post office. Counted 6 staff not wearing masks working in the aisles or walking to/from their back room. I understand that some may have a legitimate exemption, but I struggle to believe 3/4 the staff on shift are legitimately exempted.
Also the front of the store has an unpleasant moist odour to it.
At least the lady working the post office was very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday went to this location to use the post office. The store was very busy with a long line for the post office. The reason for the 1 star is both women working at the front tills were not wearing masks. They had clear rigid plastic mouth shields instead. I would expect more from a pharmacy providing essential services during a pandemic. Will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my PR renewal application returned due to the my photo not meeting the specifications. I took the photo at this stupid place and I even asked the lady who took my photo to check if the photo meets the proper specifications and she said she has been doing this for years and shouldn't be a problem. Better get a professional do your photos and stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beauty department is super lame. Yesterday I went in to return and rebuy some beauty products since there was a 2 day 20X points promotion. And the stuff said "No, you can't return and rebuy. It's the store policy made by our manager." I was like "what???" And she said "It's sth about being fair of employees' commission etc. And one staff member got fired by our manager because of doing such thing for a customer. You can talk to our manager."
This was a really bad experience. If you want to provide the customers benefits, but at the same time worry about your staff's commission etc., then you need to find a better system for your department. Instead, the manager decided to harm the customers' benefits, or fire their employees. This is just bad management and bad customer service.
However, I went to the Shoppers on 17 Ave 37 st, the beauty dep. stuff there processed my return without even asking me why. She said "I know today is the 20x points and you are not the only one who did this. We can do it for you." After she did return and rebuy process to help me collect 20x points, she also give me free bottle of body lotion and a Valentine's goodie bag with a bunch of free samples! What a difference! What good customer service this is! Maketmall beauty manager should learn from this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go here for a rapid antigen covid travel test. Received a false positive and the pharmacist refused to test again, even after taking multiple home tests showing negative. The test showed the most faint positive line that a magnifying glass would barely see. CLEARLY an issue with the instrumentation. Went to another pharmacy and the test was negative, of course. Refused to issue a refund. Atrocious service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Megan in the Pharmacy really came through when i needed help with a prescription. This is what great customer service looks like.
She was incredibly friendly and it was really nice to see her smile! Good on Shoppers for giving their employees the choice with regards to masks unlike London Drugs which is still mandating masks for all employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off my prescription as a new patient on Sun Mar 20, 13:30. I also asked to buy some iron supplements over the counter. The female pharmacist on duty asked me to pay at the front register instead of the pharmacy but I had questions about the iron supplement. She said rudely that the front cashier would deal with my concerns.
Why would I take my medication concerns to the front cashier instead of the pharmacist who just handed me the iron supplement from behind the counter?
As a new patient, who also works in health care, this service is unprofessional. I understand that she is busy but I also waited patiently for 5 minutes for her to help.
I would not trust this pharmacist with any of my patients. Take your medications elsewhere!
