★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service skills from all the reps there. Went in for a bit of a sticky situation and was helped by everyone at the store. They all tried to fix my issue and all joined in when trying to help me decide what new phone to get. Due to their great service I also switched my wife over from Bell to Rogers due to the recommendation from the staff. They gave me a great deal for the phone and also made sure I had my personal settings all good to go. I made an account just to leave this review for this amazing store and outstanding staff. Keep doing what you guys are doing! 10/10 would recommend this store to any Rogers or non Rogers customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrific experience at Rogers Market mall with Shukan. He had excellent customer service and was wonderful to deal with. Only went into for a new phone for my son, but he was able to offer a deal I couldn’t pass up. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are every stopping by this store, try to ask for Enas to help you with issues. She was amazing, kind, super helpful and professional. She listened to what I was looking for and gave me options. Aside from how great her customer service was, I was able to get a new phone, a good plan AND a new tablet! Great customer service will definitely go back.

They helped me out and even went over and above the requirement of their positions to ensure that my needs were met. Easy five star review.

She always steered us in the right direction and we even ended up going home with a free tablet. She was clearly an expert in her field and I definitely feel that we got the best possible deals and service. We genuinely enjoyed her company and will choose this location in the future. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jagmeet (Brar) at Rogers went above and beyond to help my cousin and I with upgrading our phones and plans + buying accessories during the crazy holiday shopping week. He took the extra time to explain all details to us to ensure our understanding, was incredibly kind, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Jagmeet, or this location, for Rogers customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars for a "utility" feels icky, but it's true. My wife and I upgraded phones Thursday and Black Friday and we were treated exceptionally well by Meeha, Dayu and Enas. It was busy, it took a long time, but they were patient, polite and helpful. This was after Rogers customer service disconnected my call after 45 minutes of getting NOWHERE (their customer service line is 0/5 stars).
My only complaint about Rogers is the process and paperwork involved with getting a new phone - pay x, but y/24 gets credited back, and so on - it's needlessly complex; you could adopt twins with less paperwork.
But the staff at this location patiently explained what was going on, didn't rush us out - so thank you.
