★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually very well stocked, in my opinion I would price compare online with different stores as "Toys R Us" doesn't always have the lowest price. Again; in my opinion they do have the best selection of toys and educational items for 5 years and younger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: Since the manager of this store contacted me, I was able to return to the store and receive a refund for my purchase. I was very pleased with the professionalism and customer service when I returned and was grateful that they "made it right." Thank you!
I purchased a Step 2 Whisper Ride for my son for his birthday from this location. When we took it out of the box, it was way too small for him (he is two but the box says it’s supposed to fit 18-48months). Unfortunately, I dropped my receipt on the way out of the store and it blew away in the parking lot. I tried returning to another location and even though they were not able to look up my receipt, they told me they would be able to look it up at the store I purchase it from. I called to confirm and the supervisor (Eric) said that he could not look it up but that he would do the refund for me. I drove all the way across town and when I arrived there, he said that he would give me a gift card for the last sale price (which was $30 less then what I paid less than a week ago). I understand that stores have policies around returns but you hope that when you spend $100 somewhere and the loss of the receipt is out of your control, that they would want to do a little more for you, especially when the toy is not as advertised (supposed to fit up to 4 years but can’t fit an average sized 2 year old). At the very least, I wish that Eric wouldn’t have been honest with me (that he intended to give me a gift card for the last sale price, instead of the refund) so that I wouldn't have wasted all of this time driving around for nothing. I wont be returning to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go to the Toys R Us at Market Mall on Black Friday yesterday and was dreading the crowds. What a nice surprise to receive such amazing customer service from a delightful young man named Adam. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and was upbeat and so incredibly helpful. Thank you Adam for making my Black Friday shopping experience a positive one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is crazy busy but staff is onnit. They know their kid stuff lol. Staff is a Nana and Grandma survival kit. We get a cut out picture as our grandkids shopping wish list. Thanks super staff....oh and a very Merry Christmas. May Santa bring us all toy guns to shoot all our politicians. There I said it out loud...

We are very grateful for the help they afforded to us and for being very patient with the things we were buying, while we would also like to thank Oscar for helping load the items we bought into the car and taking great precautions to ensure the things we bought were loaded in, safely and securely. A big thanks to the nice staff and their immense kindness.
