From the moment we stepped into the spa, we were greeted by the kind staff and offered the highest quality of service. The woman at the front desk was sure to explain how our appointment would be structured and they were very accommodating to our comfort levels. We both upgraded for a deep tissue massage which I highly recommend. Our massage therapists made sure to check in with us a couple times during the massage which I really appreciated. We both left feeling sooo relaxed & rejuvenated. I would definitely come back here and recommend this place to family/friends!!

They were a bit late due to traffic, so when they got there they were not greeted with respect. They got to the room and my sister fiancé didn’t feel comfortable with a male massage therapist: instead of respecting my sister fiancé decision the male therapist decided to yell at him and make remarks. So only my sister got a massage, While he sat there. They were explaining the situation to me and I could not help but leave this review. It’s their experience and it was taken away from them. No professionalism or respect at all for customers. I would avoid this place at all cost.
B	Brad Chapman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I went in for a couples Swedish massage. The venue was very modern/new and very clean. We got our massages from Irina and Igor and they were both absolutely fantastic! The whole experience was relaxing and would highly recommend to others!
a	asrat eshatu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a massage today. And it was the worst massage I ever had. They had a Groupon deal they were promoting. Which was couple massage and facial for 259$. I requested deep tissue massage, but they ended up doing a relaxation massage. When I went to go pay they charged me for the deep tissue massage which I didn't even get. Just be careful for what your paying for. They don't provide the service they claim they will do and end up over charging you. I will never go back and do not recommend this place. I rate it 0/10.

I questioned why as I thought the couple's massage included the price for two people when I initially booked it, hence why it's called a couple's massage (literal definition of a massage meant for 2 people). Apparently, I had to book a spot for 2 people for a couple's massage so my significant other was charged as a walk-in. This doesn't really make sense to me since I assumed that a couple's massage should automatically book two people. Just stating this as a warning for anyone who is planning to do a couple's massage here. The actual massage itself was just alright considering the price. Not the best but also not the worst. I think I could have gotten better value elsewhere personally.
