★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw that this clinic was near me so I called their number. The message said they do not take walk ins, which is totally understandable. I finally got to speak to a receptionist and I asked if they had any appointments available on Monday (4 days away). The receptionist snapped at me and harshly said "If you listened to the message you would hear we do not take walk ins." This tone and response took me by surprise. I was not aware that an appointment 4 days into the future was a walk in. Rude and not helpful, not two qualities I want from a doctors office.

Highly recommend Dr. TJ to anyone in Calgary needing a Doc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy I found Dr Talbot-Jones and Jackie, who have provided the most amazing care for myself and each member of my family for the past year. Our previous family doctor moved away and I had such a hard time finding another clinic, where I felt comfortable, respected and cared. Jackie has been incredibly helpful from the first time I talked to her on the phone. Having a toddler, being pregnant and now having a little baby during a pandemic meant we had many phone calls and visits with the clinic for the last twelve months. Thanks to Jackie and Dr Talbot-Jones, every call and an appointment made me feel relieved and well informed. We have been able to book appointments for our kids’ urgent medical needs and also referred to some really good doctors. Dr Talbot-Jones is very thorough, clear and proactive. Jackie is very understanding and resourceful. Both very friendly and caring. Excellent time management as well. Overall we’ve had a great experience with this clinic.
