★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not well managed, the agents are nice but I waited 1hr15 for a simple change of name, I had to go see 2 desks because I needed my picture taken so they sent me back to the waiting area instead of receiving me once at a counter with camera. Plus the agents almost all take their break at once which caused a major build-up in the waiting area. I work at a federal office and we must take our breaks consecutively so that this doesn't happen. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know when you get in, but not when you'll be out. You have to take a full day off to wait for hours in an overcrowded waiting room. There is 30 booths, but around 6-8 members of personnel only at all times. Not your place if you like fast service.
