★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas bon service decide de retirer fauteuil sur (achat de divan et faiteuil ) sans nous en aviser et essais de nous endormir avec toute sorte de raison et toujours desole mais la desolation ne sufi pas toujours pas bonne experiance
 Not good service decides to remove armchair on (purchase of sofa and armchair) without notifying us and tries to fall asleep with all sorts of reasons and always sorry but the desolation is not always enough not a good experience

Malheureusement nous avons eu que des mauvaises expériences avec certains autres vendeurs qui manquent énormément de professionnalisme et de la à mentir lorsqu’il ne connaissent pas leur produits pour vendre. ?

Unfortunately we have had only bad experiences with some other sellers who are very unprofessional and lie when they do not know their products to sell. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est la 3eme fois que nous changeons le divan, acheté il y a 1 mois (valeur de 5000$ et plus) chaque fois des sections ou des mécanismes ne fonctionnent pas. Aucun moyen d'avoir une entente avec le gérant, on doit passer par le service après vente, qui eux offrent aucune compensation. 3 samedis perdus à attendre de la marchandise qu'on doit faire échanger... Service zéro, fiabilité zéro
Je ne recommande en aucun temps.
This is the 3rd time we have changed the sofa, bought 1 month ago (value of $5000 and more) each time sections or mechanisms do not work. No way to have an agreement with the manager, we have to go through the after-sales service, which offers them no compensation. 3 lost Saturdays waiting for merchandise to be exchanged... Zero service, zero reliability
I do not recommend at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i bought bed with mattresses one month before. Last week they deliver mattresses bed frame was missing and nobody call me for it. when i call store for followup my missing delivery item they ask me to call later. unprofessional behaviour on delivery. Still waiting for delivery.
