Commandé un congélateur apres 3 semaines sans nouvelle j'ai du telephoné a 3 endroits differents pour me faire dire que ma commande était passer et que je recevrais le congelateur debut decembre (acheté moi d'octobre). Je lui dit ah et bien ok je vais patientez . Rendu milieu decembre je téléphone . Maintenant retardé janvier .
Je demande un remboursement je lui dit je vais allez en acheter un ailleurs . Il me dit parfait d'ici 5 jours le remboursement sera sur votre carte . Cela fait maintenant 2 semaines aucun remboursement.
Beaucoups de travail a faire avec leur achats effectués en ligne pour ma part c'est terminé avec cette compagnie.
Last time I ordered online. No estimate for the delivery date. In the order confirmation email, no link or phone number to reach them ...
Ordered a freezer after 3 weeks with no news I called 3 different places to tell me that my order was to be placed and that I would receive the freezer at the beginning of December (bought me in October). I told him ah well, ok, I will be patient. In the middle of December I phone. Now delayed January.
I ask for a refund I told him I will go buy one elsewhere. He tells me perfect within 5 days the refund will be on your card. It's now been 2 weeks no refund.
A lot of work to do with their purchases made online for me is finished with this company.

Le service aprĂšs-vente prĂ©tend que câest normal, banalise les dommages, offre une compensation minime et offre seulement le remboursement, car la livraison dâun autre BBQ impliquerait probablement que celui-ci serait endommagĂ© Ă©galement. Service aprĂšs-vente TRĂS dĂ©cevant.
Disappointing after-sales service. BBQ delivered scratched in several places. After-sales service claims this is normal, trivializes the damage, offers minimal compensation, and only offers refunds, as delivery of another BBQ would likely imply that one would be damaged as well. VERY disappointing after-sales service.

Les employĂ©s se sont assurĂ©s que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin, nous ont bien conseillĂ© et nous ont mĂȘme fait dĂ©couvrir de nouveaux produits qui nous feront Ă©conomiser sur le long terme.
Le magasin en soi est super propre, bien organisĂ© et les meubles sont magnifiques. De ce que j'ai pu voir, les prix sont plutĂŽt compĂ©titifs, donc je n'hĂ©siterais pas Ă magasiner seulement Ă cet endroit si je voulais rĂ©nover et changer mes meubles ou Ă©lectromĂ©nagers ainsi que magasiner leurs garanties, question de m'Ă©viter le casse-tĂȘte et la perte d'Ă©nergie de faire 15 endroits diffĂ©rents.
Nous avons pu récupérer nos achats à l'entrepÎt de Saint-Roch-l'Achigan malgré l'heure de fermeture dépassée (nous devions avoir le temps de partir de Joliette pour nous y rendre). Bref, leur service a été impeccable, nous y retournerons et je les conseille fortement.

The employees made sure we had everything we needed, gave us good advice and even introduced us to new products that will save us money in the long run.
The store itself is super clean, well organized and the furnishings are beautiful. From what I could see, the prices are quite competitive, so I would not hesitate to shop only at this place if I wanted to renovate and change my furniture or appliances as well as shop for their warranties, in order to avoid breakage. -head and loss of energy to do 15 different places.
We were able to pick up our purchases at the Saint-Roch-l'Achigan warehouse despite the past closing time (we had to have time to leave Joliette to get there). In short, their service was impeccable, we will return and I strongly recommend them.

CommandĂ© 7 Ă©lectros en 2020, reçu enfin une partie de la commande la semaine passĂ©e: ils ont poquĂ© le congĂ©lateur, ils ont changĂ© le modĂšle de frigo et du congĂ©lateur haut de gamme et ça n'entre plus dans ma cuisine fait sur mesure, ils ont livrĂ© le mauvais lave-vaisselle et mon modĂšle est disparu dans l'entrepĂŽt et je dois me contenter d'un moins haut de gamme sinon tant pis pour moi il y a encore des mois d'attente et je dois payer la diffĂ©rence avec les augmentations des 2 derniĂšres annĂ©es!!!
Really worst customer service! Ordered 7 appliances in 2020, finally received part of the order last week: they poked the freezer, they changed the model of the fridge and the high-end freezer and it no longer fits in my custom-made kitchen, they delivered the wrong dishwasher and my model disappeared in the warehouse and I have to settle for a less top of the range otherwise too bad for me there are still months of waiting and I have to pay the difference with the increases of the last 2 years!!!

â â â â â CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! I was sold a $1,400 king size bed frame as standard size on which no standard king size mattress fits. The 4 inch gap between the bed frame and mattress (see pictures) is a major liability as I get in and out of the bed. I trusted the sales lady and ended up being lied to. Overall I found the sales people to be aggressive and with minimal integrity. Senior manager of the store was no different to his staff. Once you part ways with your money you have no chance to change your mind (even if itâs the next day and you hadnât received the item). Quality is substandard and does NOT reflect the money paid. I would highly recommend to stay far far away from this company!
