Ils ne veulent pas les remplacés car ils prétendent qu’ils vont déchirés les housses Les mesures avaient été pourtant prises par eux. Les employés sur place très arrogants et surtout malhonnête

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjour, faire attention avec ce commerçant. J'ai fait affaire avec lui sur facebook pour avoir un modèle de lit deux étages, qu'il annonçait. J'ai demandé celui sur l'image avec les poignés encastrées ( descriptif de l'annonce, main encastré qui est plus durable que les poignés standard) Lorsqu'il l'a livré il était en boite . Quand nous avons ouvert les boites nous avons constaté que nous n'avions pas les bons tiroirs et que les lattes sont en bois et non en métal , nous lui en avons fait par immédiatement mais il ne veut aucunement en faire l'échange ( des tiroirs et lattes) Le lit nous a couté $949+tx, j'ai fait l'achat des tiroirs du dessous au cout de $169.00+tx en surplus et ce n'est pas ce que j'ai commandé . Je demande simplement l'échange (tiroir et lattes) mais il est totalement fermé et ne respecte pas son annonce et sa vente.
