I was able to take care of 3 separate issues in a matter of minutes. Specifically, I would like to send a huge compliment out to Vera who was one of the most pleasant individuals I have met in a very long time. What an outstanding person to do business with!!

I needed 2 documents replaced, I was greeted at the door by a nice gentleman who asked me what I needed, he directed me to the appropriate kiosk and told me what I needed I.D wise. I was called to the kiosk and the woman there knew why I was there because it was communicated by the gentleman and she took my info off the documents I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Actual service!
D	Drew Vincent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was appalled with the interaction and service I received today (May 3rd 2022) at a prearranged appointment for 11:30am. I experienced an eye roll, a flippant putting out of a hand to take my information and then not answering a question with a suitable response other than "I had no problem". I wish I could provide a negative rating. If you dislike dealing with customers that are polite to you, perhaps a new career is in order?! Everyone else-make the trek to Westgate - better service, faster, and no ignorant employees.
