Suite à notre appel, ils nous ont demandé de retourner en magasin avec la chaise. Une fois rendu, l'employée est allé l'arrière de la salle de montre et à tententé de réparer la chaise. Elle est revenu avec notre chaise en pire était et plus coutre que l'autre.Il ne voulait pas échanger l'article en me disant que c'était vente final. La compagnie m'a chargé pour la livraison et de l'installation, mais ne prenne pas la responsabilité de l'item brisé. J'ai toujours des articles de ce distributeur dans les boîtes. Je souhaite énormément de ne pas à avoir de mauvaise surprise.
We have purchased several items from this distributor. Another pair of chairs. One of them was broken. Following our call, they asked us to return to the store with the chair. Once returned, the employee went to the back of the showroom and attempted to repair the chair. She came back with our chair worse and was more costly than the other. He didn't want to exchange the item telling me that it was final sale. The company charged me for delivery and installation, but does not take responsibility for the broken item. I always have items from this distributor in the boxes. I wish very much not to have any bad surprises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been dealing with Mobital for over 5 years now and finally decided to write a review. Customer service is friendly, caring and responsive. Mobital's products are unique in many cases, they are your only source for many of their offered items. Mobital might be pricier for certain products, but I have compared many of their actual products side by side with competitors' at my store and the price differential is understandable. Mobital's attention to detail is apparent in every product that I have bought from them so far. I have learned that the family has been in the furniture business since the 60s! They had started with Italian goods way back. Whenever they are to introduce a new line of product, they bring samples first which they test for about 3 months... and actually ask their retailers for opinions..which is rare! Most importers buy in bulk containers straight from shows and then test their new products on the consumers! Not Mobital, they know the costs are too high with so many possible catastrophies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality and service. Purchased my electric sofa from DIB Design and after some time we noticed the leather from the seat was coming out. We flipped to sofa and saw the Zipper was never closed and it is impossible to reach for it without disassembling the Sofa. Called both the store and the manufacturer (spoke to Pierre) and no one wants to fix the issue which is clear a problem of the manufacturer. I do NOT recommend either of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a glass dining room table made by Mobital. Extension of table spontaneously shattered one day. Sprayed glass pieces everywhere. damaged dining chairs and put holes in floor from the force. No customer service. They were lucky there were no personal injuries. would never purchase another product from them. Doesn't care about consumers. Only sales . Very dangerous table. Beware.
