Poor quality, takes forever to complete the job and the price was doubled from quote until they finished the project.
We have changed windows in the building (only 6 condos). One window is not properly installed so tenant has to push to close it. Window handles are broken in many apartments during the first month and it takes 6 months to fix it.
Windows are very poor quality and service even worst. Stuff is changing and nobody knows what's going on until Director replies by himself.
They schedule appointments and nobody shows up. Fixing things it takes forever and only if you own them the payment. After you pay in full it will take even longer.

Had one cracked window and adjustment to do service was fast. Now just waiting for my screens. Gave them a 4star only for the delay but would still recommend them for quality and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from the moment we contacted Auroral (via contact form on their website): Demir provided great advice, made sure to answer my every questions and was always transparent regarding status or impediments. He was great in providing workaround or to make sure that delays wouldn’t affect my family while living in the building in reno.
Products are impeccable, we opted for a custom lift-and-slide patio door and it’s the house Centrepiece to the garden.
The guys that came to install (3-4 big guys for the heavy lifting and 2 of the sweetest for the final touches) were punctual, polite and very clean/meticulous to their surroundings!
Will go again with them for next phase of our reno project

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a $14,000 deposit 6 months ago for a windows and door project. We have been more than patient and very polite with them (they tend to be a little rude back).
We have written and called them several times so they can give us a precise install date. After not being able to give us a date, they do not returning our calls or answer our texts. We are very concerned and considering our options.
Before we signed our contract, they wouldn’t stop calling us so we can sign and deposit. Now nothing.
Update:
Upgrade from 1 star to 3
10 months into this whole project and the job is 95% finished … pandemic and everything makes me more forgiving since most of the delay was because of supply chain problems I’m told. I believe them but they should communicate better.
The windows look good. The installers who came are good guys. They did a little extra work because of some rot that was found. They are going to charge me a fair price for the extra work so I’m ok with that. After my final walk through I will update my review once more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In light of the pandemic and shortages of material and labor, I am pleased with the quality of the work and service I received from Auroral. This is the 2nd time I do business with them and they offer a great quality product at a reasonable price. There was a mishap on the job site but Arnaldo is making it right. Would also commend Guylaine, who is handling installation schedules - very professional and understanding. One technically challenging window (bay window) needed to be redone and the result is nothing short of spectacular (sorry for messy photo and temporary privacy film). All in all, very satisfied.
