c	christian charbonneau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there after 2 hours drive saw they were openned serving pizza, my wife wants a poutine i want a 7inch sub, the guy at the cash tells me not before 11am i tell him okay i'll wait the 3 minutes cause its 10:57am. Cashier says no...terrible service.
B	Blue 302 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! Asked for well done Pizza as I always do and it resembled a raw piece of toast even though “bien cuit” was specified on the invoice. Called to complain and was told manager was busy. E-mailed the customer service and was told that the best they could do was apply a 5$ credit on a 37$ bill. Simply ridiculous. I also asked them to pick up their horrible food and to refund me and was told that was not an option. Just do not order from this place...the only thing worse than the food is the horrible customer service towards a repeat customer!

I think they have the secret sauce because I enjoy takeouts from there and I manage to eat 2-3 slices but yet still crave more. Our usual go to is: 2 mediums - (1 All Dressed, 1 Pepperoni and Cheese), with Fries, and a 2L soda. Great pick for the entire family!!!

We had ordered pizza with bell pepper, they put hot pepper, when we told the cashier we asked for bell pepper not hot pepper. He replied” it’s same to same, which means he thinks bell pepper and hot pepper is the same ingredient. When we asked to replace the pizza, he said he can’t and told us to call customer service to complain because they took the order and he can’t do anything. He was so mean and didn’t care that they have messed up the order.When we asked for refund he started arguing and said I can’t give you refund! He was rude and arrogant! Definitely never going back!

But, after today’s poor experience, I will make sure not to come here anymore. I will also ensure to share my experience with family, friends and co-workers who order from here. I placed an order over the phone for a simple two topping pizza with a service agent. I went to the restaurant to pick up the order and when I saw the pizza I told the kid at the cash that the order was wrong. The kid started to argue and said I had to call the customer service back to get a credit and to resolve the issue. I just wanted a replacement pizza, but he did not even offer it. His arrogance, lack of customer service skill and lack of knowledge of simple ingredients angered me further and I was not walking away without a refund. He finally gave in and processed a refund. Please tell the kid to google “bell pepper.” Hot peppers are banana peppers. (Just FYI) Way to lose a client base over a pizza costing you 2$ to make! I already got the customer service email and will be filing a formal complaint.
h	harmony lokenye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save your money, got a horrible “Philly cheese steak” drenched in Italian dressing ?? Yikes, went back and asked to see if we could re make it the cook was rude and basically told me to leave. Terrible food and terrible service. Save your bucks.
