★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 1.5 hours to get my pizza. Pizza was cold. Had to send it back. Wait for food thats cold. Guess 3 hours or its free. Thank you Donino for not much
Well what you know ordered again and order was not compleat. Driver told me he be back in 5minutes after 35 minute wait I called the store. Told me driver was there at store. Asked why I never got a reciept and where was my food. After 25 more minutes my food finally arrived. Told the driver he was a liar for telling me he be back in 5 minutes . Told him never come back here. Then he swore at me. This is good customer service. May be fire the drivers the ones who swear at the client's. Will make sure to call the head office and tell them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 times in a row orders arrive 1h15+ after I order... Even when ordered early. The driver in very nice but I see my pizza has been done (on their app) well over an hour ago... And you are paying extra for delivery. I know the driver is doing is best, just the management's not honest... they should post the real wait time online, 23-33 mins bs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With covid being such a damper on everyone's spirits, this store and staff could not have made it a better night.. my son ordered his pizza online, and it of course asks for "special instructions ." If needed.
So inside that instructions, my son had written " send me a joke." And that is exactly what they had done. When the delivery had arrived, my son was so happy that they gave him a 2nd pizza for free. As he looked at the other box, the note on top said, " your joke is in the box." And to his surprise when he opened it, the message read, " your pizza is in the other box, mwahahahaha !"
He had called the store to thank them for making his night. He had been In a down state and this had just changed his mood. You guys are awesome!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was passing buy the neighborhood, I am not from there, but we wanted a quick bite, PIZZA !!!! There was a guy that was at my service right away, he was very attentive and friendly, he took my order and was very patient great customer service. The pizza was exactly the way we wanted it !! Very delicious, I was so happy, I think if I remember correctly his name was; Romel hopefully I got his name right !! I just wanted to say thank you for your service what a gentleman and we should have more service like this. I will definitely go back wen ever I go back to that area, I cant wait !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, placed order online and still found a way to mess it up. Tried to explain that this is the way they make their pizzas even though I order there often and it's the first time this happens. Asked to redo the whole order since the rest would have been cold and they refused. Manager was very rude. There better pizza place out here anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Order from double pizza or pizza hut. Employees here don't care. Sent me a pizza with one of the ingredients thrown on top, after the pizza was out of the oven. Basically just a loose topping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not usually a pizza eater so when I do have pizza maybe once a month or every 2 months I try some other place.For some kind of reason we always come back to the DOmino's.It's by far the most tasty, not salty, the dough does not taste sour like other places (not to name but I tried almost all in the area), I always buy no sos pizza and they never messed out my order.I don't know other's people tastes but for me it's enough to always come back here to order!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i ordered my pizzas at five to pick up at 6pm. When i get there, none of my pizzas were even started yet. Other online orders were out before mine. finally got my order 20 minutes later asked for 4 ranch sauces for free since i waited long enough and they charged me. Even if the food is good, the service at this location is the worst. Out of all the employees, only one spoke french so if you can’t stand english speakers don’t go there. The guy also said that its normal that they forget orders. When you work in a restaurant, you shouldnt forget orders. I will never be going back to this location i hope they close.
