★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite grocery store in the region! Exceptional choice and stock of gluten free/dairy free /organic products. You will find things that you will not find at other Metros. Fresh meat and produce. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well taken care of place, clean, fully stocked and pretty. They have fresh baked bread, a large variety of meats from their butcher and are polite and nice. But it's very expensive on all fronts, I find it overpriced.

Cons: Staff needs better food safety training, prices are high, and last bit not least, the new auto checkout... we need to create jobs, not replace people with machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently moved to Quebec from BC. Have been to 3 Metro stores, all are large, clean and well appointed, with the exception of a personal favorite, Tater-tots/Mexi-fries in the frozen foods sections.
Great craft beer selection offsets that gap.
