Was told "Don't waste time asking questions if you cant come in for a test drive anytime soon" There is no point in shaming first time buyers for seeking information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my certified pre-owned Civic 2018 at Hamel Honda a few months ago. I was extremely satisfied with the sales staff, especially Aline. They were very professional, accommodating and understanding for my needs and budget. I had also visited the Service department several times afterwards for wheel alignment, winter tires and oil change. The Service team, the technical advisors at the reception and in the garage were extremely helpful and made sure that the service be delivered at the highest quality and professionalism possible. Indeed, I will not hesitate to continue dealing the Service department even though I live far away. (Thank you Joanie, Wael and Martin!!)

Sylvie helped me recover the stereo's serial number and was then able to give us the code we needed to get it operational again. Sylvie was very helpful and absolutely lovely. Thank you!!
