â â â â â Absolutely horrible experience. Dealt with a very pushy salesmen by the name of Francis, i put a deposit for a car that i wasnt entirely comfortable getting and when i said i no longer wished to proceed in purchasing he was arragant with me and became ignorant, rude and disrespectful. The worst car salesman ive encountered. I than tried to speak to a sales manager about getting my deposit back and spent over a week trying to get a hold of someone at the dealership because they drop the call on purpose or transer to an answering machine eachtime. I was told id have to drive out of province to get my money back which would cost more than the deposit itself in gas to do so.
I do not recommend this business to anyone for anything. Im currently in the process of reporting to the CBC and the better business bureau and will pursue this until i have my deposit returned to me.

Kudos to the sell-men Jonathan to be honest, helpful and trustworthy on taking the good decision on the purchase of my Jeep Cherokee. Overall amazing team!

â â â â â I originally gave them 5 stars but they lied to me about the warranty. I told them about my issue and they were supposed to call me back. its been 4 months now and no callback. They do call me to invite me to some sort of VIP sale but do not seem to remember that I don't want to go there anymore.

â â â â â jeep wrangler 2018 steering is about 200$ .
And they wanted to charge my friend 600$ just for the parts to repair the 2 buttons on the steering.
After what I heard about them , I will advise any middle class family to avoid this place.
