I visited the store a couple of times (lucky enough to find Madrid Mapple collection that I purchased 7 years ago still offered ) to see if I can match a new batch of floor to a 7yo one . Every time the people at FLOR were very kind and helpful. An A+ experience.

The entire experience from sales to delivery was incredibly professional. Eric was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to the last detail. If I have another floor to do, I will go back!

They gave me a technique of installation to have less waste with the laminate floor I bought.They gain one point over the competition just for this :)!They have a winning formula so far in my belief to gain customers satisfaction :).Keep up the good work guys and thanks again for your service and the experience! We had the pleasure of dealing with Eric, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions. Their prices on their hardwood are excellent, cheaper than other places for the exact same line of Lauzon hardwood flooring. We ended up buying hardwood flooring and scheduling an installation with their installer.
