Very good experience the elevator works well open to all hours of the day for customers, own places there is even a toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'utilise Hermesetas depuis très très longtemps, le dernier contenant que j'ai acheté fonctionnait très mal, distribuait 2 comprimés à la fois, ou bien encore seulement une demie, bref, du gaspillage. J'ai écrit à la compagnie pour le faire part du problème qui me décevait n'ayant jamais rencontré ce problème avant. Et bien quelle SURPRISE, on m'a remplacé le produit non pas seulement 1 contenant, mais 3, expédié le lendemain via Purolator, en y ajoutant des petites surprises..Alors bravo JL Freeman, votre temps de réponse, votre service à la clientèle, sont exemplaires, qui sont les assises d'une compagnie sérieuse que je n'hésiterai pas du tout à recommander, vraiment! Merci à vous, la qualité d'un service à la clientèle se fait rare aujourd'hui, et vous vous démarquez. Merci
I have been using Hermesetas for a very, very long time, the last container I bought worked very poorly, dispensed 2 tablets at a time, or even only half of it, in short, wasted. I wrote to the company to let them know about the problem which disappointed me having never encountered this problem before. Well what a SURPRISE, I was replaced the product not only 1 container, but 3, shipped the next day via Purolator, adding little surprises ... So bravo JL Freeman, your response time, your customer service , are exemplary, which are the foundations of a serious company that I really will not hesitate to recommend! Thank you, the quality of customer service is rare today, and you stand out. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If ever a store deserves a bouquet, it is J L Freeman SEC from Boucherville QC, I use a sugar substitute called Hermesetas which is only available from this store and comes in a small plastic dispenser containing 350 tiny tablets. On August the 18th I sent a letter to the store ordering a further supply of five containers. Two days letter I received a telephone call from the very efficient Vanessa at the store acknowledging receipt of my order and cheque and telling me it would be sent as soon as possible. A package containing six containers (one extra!) arrived by Purolator during the morning of the 21st. What a pleasure it is to deal with a company which goes out of its way to satisfy a customer's requirements. Highly recommended.
