Se faire conseiller d'aller acheter directement le cell chez apple au plein prix pour ensuite prendre le forfait avec Telus quand Telus offre le cell à 0$ mais que ce revendeur n'en a pas en boutique

Get advice to go buy the cell directly from Apple at full price and then take the package with Telus when Telus offers the cell at $ 0 but this reseller does not have in store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le Stylet de mon Note 8 ne fonctionne bien, j'ai appelé chez Telus et ils m'ont envoyé à Orizon Mobile au 20 Boulevard de Mortagne, J4B 5K6, pour apporter le téléphone et l'envoyer à réparer. Lors que je suis allé la gérante me dit qu'ils n’offrent pas du support pour les comptes corporatifs et elle m'envoie à Telus au 1001 Boul De Montarville, J4B 6P5. Ici ils m'expliquent qu'ils ne prennent pas le compte corpo , Et ils me renvoient vers Orizon Mobile, car c’est eux les responsables des comptes corporatives. Je retourne chez Orizon mobile et après des longues discussions ils décident de prendre mon téléphone et l'envoyer à réparer. Ils m'offrent un téléphone temporaire mais avec l'écran brisé, chose que je trouve inacceptable.
Lors que je suis allé dans un autre détaillant ‘’D2 technologie’’, ils ont trouvé décevant de savoir qu’ Orizon Mobile m’avait proposé un téléphone brisé, dans moins de 15 min D2 Tech a envoyé mon téléphone pour réparation et m’a offert un téléphone temporaire en bon état.
Donc, pour résumé, tenez-vous loin d’Orizon Mobile, ils n’ont aucun professionnalisme et le service à la clientèle est pourrit.
My Note 8's Stylus did not work well, I called Telus and they sent me to Orizon Mobile at 20 Boulevard de Mortagne, J4B 5K6, to bring the phone and send it for repair. When I went the manager told me that they do not offer support for corporate accounts and she sends me to Telus at 1001 Boul De Montarville, J4B 6P5. Here they explain to me that they do not take the corporate account, and they refer me to Orizon Mobile, because they are responsible for the corporate accounts. I return to Orizon mobile and after long discussions they decide to take my phone and send it to be repaired. They offer me a temporary phone but with a broken screen, which I find unacceptable.
When I went to another '' D2 tech '' retailer, they found it disappointing to know that Orizon Mobile had offered me a broken phone, in less than 15 min D2 Tech sent my phone for repair and to me. offered a temporary phone in good condition.
So in summary stay away from Orizon Mobile, they are unprofessional and the customer service is rotten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour commencer je tiens à mentionner que la jeune fille qui m'as servie(la plus petites des deux) était une vrai perle excellent service mais mes bons commentaires vont s'arrêter là... pour ce qui est de la gérante de ce magasin elle est sans aucun doute la pire employé que je n'ai jamais vu, pendant que nous étions plusieurs à attendre elle à reçu un appel et est partie à l'arrière de la boutique laissant la jeune fille seul qui à fait de son mieux pour tous nous servir mais elle semblait très mal à l'aise de la situation
To start I want to mention that the young girl who served me (the smaller of the two) was a real pearl excellent service but my good comments will end there ... as regards the manager of this store she is without a doubt the worst employee I have ever seen, while several of us were waiting for her to receive a call and left behind the store leaving the young girl alone who did her best to serve us all but she seemed very uncomfortable about the situation

It is mentioned on Google as well as on the sign on the door that it is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. I arrive at 4:40 pm but the shop is already closed. Is there anyone who controls these employees?
