Broke again after 1 year, 4 technician came, changed multiple parts, still doesn't work. Vendor replaced for another make.
DON'T BUY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to reach Waterco via email, spoke to a rep who agreed to send a replacement part and instructions on how to replace the broken part. Very pleasant and accommodating on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pool heater broke. It was 8 months old!!! I have the original bill but waterco does not offer warranty if you are not original owner even if you have the bill, even if its 8 months old. I got an HVAC guy to fix it. He told me basically this company sells pool heaters that are poor quality. No wonder!!! 8 months old heater needs servicing and no warranty??? What a joke!!!

UPDATING SAME DAY. We were dealing with a 3rd party. Waterco contacted us directly and was able to give me the part and had it delivered. Gabrielle Brunet, Directrice d’operations was beyond excellent and I would recommend this mark anytime. This, people, is what customer service is all about. Merci Gabrielle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pool Heater broke after less than 1 year of use. Waterco dont use local repair shop, they send me a guys who lives a 6 hours from my locality. He come and see the problem. He dont have the repair part, I have to wait 1 month before he could come back to make the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It will be 4 years in mid August since installion of my heater. It stopped working 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a service technician to come look at it. Not a very good reliable product. Not recommended and wouldn't purchase another one. No warranty!!! They don't stand behind their product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pool filter of less than 5 years was defective, I contacted waterco, they told me it was do to freezing (it didn't freeze) the service was good but in the end they didn't stand by their product and their warranty, I had to buy a new one you can bet I didn't buy a waterco.
Also, their water heaters are junk, they replaced it once but it still freezes at night can only run it in the daytime, stay away.
