On ne traite pas les clients de cette façon même si ils ont quelques minutes de retard. Quand VOUS êtes en retard nous on attend...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La femme au téléphone a zéro professionnalisme et elle est très arrogante avec les clients sans aucune raison apparente… C'est toujours extrêmement compliqué se faire comprendre et faire affaire avec eux. C'est encore pire pour une simple pose de pneus… Le seul qui semble à son affaire là-bas c'est Martin qui lui semble concerné par l'entreprise… Merci beaucoup Martin de ton professionnalisme. Bon courage!
The woman on the phone has zero professionalism and she is very arrogant with customers for no apparent reason… It's always extremely complicated to make yourself understood and do business with them. It's even worse for a simple fitting of tyres… The only one who seems to be in his business there is Martin, who seems concerned by the company… Thank you very much Martin for your professionalism.
